Please Note: Applications do not guarantee enrollment or placement in a specific grade/section. All current applications will be waitlisted for the upcoming school year. If a seat becomes available, students must undergo an intake process to be considered for admission.
Rockford Iqra School follows a strict age policy. All students must be the appropriate age for their grade level on or before September 1st. Students will be placed in a class according to age. You must apply for the proper grade and academic year or you will need to submit a new application and submit another fee.
If you are applying for Preschool, all applicants must be 3 years old by the first day of school. If the applicant’s 3rd birthday is after September 1st, they will not be able to join the classroom until the following academic year.
If a seat is offered and declined by the applicant’s family during the registration period, it will no longer be valid or transferable to the following school year. A new application would be required to reapply for the program.
Tuition / Fees
Monthly payments are due by the 1st of the month through our Automated Clearing House (ACH) system. If payment is not received by this time, a late fee will be added to your account for each month payment is not received. Our accounting department can answer any questions you may have about our payment plans. Please email iqratreasurer@rockfordiqraschool.com or stop by the main office to meet with our treasurer in person.

🔺IMPORTANT RULES🔺
- No discount is applicable for PreK-3, PreK-4, and 10th to 12th grade Dual Credit program.
- Siblings discount $150 per family.
- Zakat Receivers: Must register your child/children before applying for zakat, and submit application by May 31, 2025.
- No combined discounts, only the highest will be granted.
- Any financial assistance application will be processed after paying the registration fee in full and must be received before May 31, 2025. Discount is subjected to setting up automated payments (ACH). The school has a right to withdraw the discount if the family fails to pay the monthly dues on time twice in an academic year without a valid reason or prior notification.
- Cost of ONLINE Islamic module at Rockford Iqra School only. Parents must pay Rock Valley College directly for dual credit program tuition.
